Bonnie Gilgallon
Bonnie Gilgallon has established a solid reputation as a broadcast journalist and stage performer since arriving in the Coachella Valley from Washington, D.C. 20 years ago. For many years valley residents head her daily news reports on KNWZ radio. She also created and hosted a weekend entertainment show, “The Desert Scene” on the same station. Guests included local celebrities such as Pat Rizzo, Kaye Ballard, Ruta Lee, Peter Marshall and the late Jackie Lee Houston., as well as visiting stars like the late Debbie Reynolds, Frank Sinatra, the late Ed McMahon, Rita Coolidge, and Linda Ronstadt. A multiple Broadway World and Desert Theatre League award-winning actress, Bonnie received the prestigious Bill Kuhlman Award in 2013. Also a jazz/pop vocalist, Bonnie appears at local venues like Melvyn’s, Back Street Bistro, A.J.’s on the Green, the Indian Wells Resort Hotel, Chef George, Palm Desert Country Club and 360 North. Her first jazz/pop CD “If I Love Again,” was released in 2018. Bonnie writes theatre reviews for the Coachella Valley Independent newspaper, and was honored with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars in May 2017

Jeff Barnett
Jeff Barnett has performed on numerous stages across the country, playing in some of our top venues. He made his professional debut in the original San Francisco company of Les Misérables, and has enjoyed working with and singing for such luminaries as Leslie Uggams, Sidney Poitier, and Sean Connery.
He began his career in the world of rock, notably with his band, Escort Service, at The Old Waldorf in San Francisco. He returned to the legitimate stage in such shows as Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar, 42nd. St., Follies, Into the Woods, 1776, Chicago, Beyond Therapy, and many more.
He also entertained on Norwegian Cruise Lines for over two years.

Chip Prince
Chip Prince has had over 30 years of experience playing piano and conducting Broadway shows and tours, 22 years of that in New York City. He served as Associate Conductor on the National Tour of Newsies and can be heard playing piano in the Broadway HD movie. Originally from New Hampshire, Chip attended Brigham Young University in Utah and music-directed shows at Sundance Summer Theatre in the 1980s. New York and National Tour keyboard and/or conducting credits include Les Misérables, Sunset Boulevard, Miss Saigon, Mary Poppins, Ragtime, The Fantasticks, Deaf West’s Big River, Baz Luhrmann’s La Bohème, and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. For three years Chip served as the accompanist for the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus and is currently involved with the Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus directing their Barbershop group, Bruce Kenyon’s The Arrangement. He also dabbles in folk dancing and dance accompaniment, plays the euphonium and the French horn for fun, and owns three(!) melodicas. Chip is excited to be back living in Palm Springs and performing with his new razzling, dazzling Broadway buddies Bonnie and Jeff!

No Cover. Two Drink Minimum*
Reservations Highly Recommended- space is limited, book early. Patrons are seated on a first come- first seated basis and seating is supper club style. Reservations are good until 5:15 pm unless staff has been notified.

*Two Drink Minimum- Upon arrival- at concessions you will have the opportunity to purchase drink tokens to cover the two-drink minimum requirement. Guests can use these tokens at this event or use them at any event following when the bar is open. Each person, in each party, is responsible for respecting the 2 drink minimum. This allows us to cover talent and service for this unique evening.
Tokens can be used for the flight of the week- which can include red or white wine, and/ or beer.
Tokens can be pre purchased at a discount when you make your reservation by clicking the “drink” token tickets.

Mildred’s Menu Is Available!
A highlight are the crispy delightfulness of our signature fries dressed up with a complimentary flight of house-made dipping sauces. Pair them with our flight of the week featuring distinct reds, cooling whites, and craft brew. Full bar available.
