Take a self-guided tour through the art galleries on El Paseo, enjoy live music on the Center Lawn at The Gardens on El Paseo around 4 p.m., and scope out hundreds of classic cars as they cruise down El Paseo. Cars meet up at the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce around 2 p.m., then motorcade down the promenade at 4 p.m.
Water Lantern Festival is a beautiful evening filled with music, activities, food trucks, vendors, and lots of other fun. Come enjoy a beautiful, peaceful night out. The event lasts 4 hours, and concludes with a beautiful lantern launch onto the body of water at sunset.
