The King and I

Over a million twinkling lights dazzle as guests enjoy holiday festivities, food, drink, arts and crafts, animal encounters, live entertainment, Santa Claus and more. The event runs on select nights November 27 to December 28, 2019 from 6pm to 9pm.

This annual event captures all the holiday spirit and places it at one location with a lit Main Street at Santa’s North Pole, holiday music and carolers, Santa Claus, holiday tree lighting ceremony, a 10,000 Candy Cane Drop for Kids, Snow Bubble Play for Kids, children’s bike giveaways, free movie at the Mary Pickford Theatre, free ice skating passes to Desert Ice Castle, and a silent auction featuring “Charlie Brown Christmas Trees” decorated by local celebrities benefitting the Cathedral City Senior Center.

Santa Claus will arrive at the Air Museum in his helicopter to greet all the good little girls and boys who have come to see him. In addition to sitting for photographs and having a special gift for each child, Santa will open his Snow World complete with snow directly from the North Pole.
