The Palm Springs International Animation Festival & Expo is a global competition in animation and exhibition of the worlds most talented artists in the world. Each year there are awards going to 37 categories including Best Animated Feature and Best Animated Short in over 20 different styles of animation from 2D, 3D, Hand Drawin, Painted, Watercolor, Sand, Paper, Experimental, Stop-Motions, VFX, and more.
A Big Band Christmas takes you back in time to the 1940s during WW II to experience the sound of a “live radio show” being broadcast to the boys overseas. A nine-piece swing band and four singers reminisce through the holiday with your favorite Christmas music in tight four-part harmony, re-enact vintage commercials and share letters to and from the boys overseas from their families.

Emily West won crowds over as a finalist on America’s Got Talent with her re-imagined versions of songs like the Moody Blues’ “Nights in White Satin” and Sia’s hit “Chandelier.” Her mentor and idol, Cyndi Lauper, whom she met during an episode of NBC’s The Celebrity Apprentice, appeared with her on the AGT finale. Emily will perform an intimate holiday concert singing her favorite holiday renditions and the songs that have made her famous. VIP ticket holders will provide an opportunity to meet Emily after the concert along with taking a photo with her.
CK Dance, Palm Springs' award-winning dance company, returns to the beautiful Annenberg Theatre for its 23rd Annual performances of "The Nutcracker", the quintessential holiday ballet of Tchaikovsky's classical masterpiece.
