Fashion Week El Paseo:
Palm Desert’s Couture Event
Celebrate style, innovation, and trends at the West Coast’s largest consumer fashion show, Fashion Week El Paseo, taking place March 13‒18, 2026, at The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert.
What began in 2006 by Palm Springs Life magazine as a way to showcase stores on El Paseo — featuring 10 stores, catering from a few generous restaurants, and about 250 attendees — has evolved into a nine-day event that attracts more than 14,000 guests from around the world.
Presenting the talents of renowned and emerging designers, many of whom have been featured on Bravo’s Project Runway, this premier event showcases their newest collections in a state-of-the-art experience that both inspires and entertains with one of humankind’s most accessible, expressive, and relatable art forms.
After the designers present their collections, they mingle with guests and vend their work at trunk shows.
Auxiliary events include cocktail receptions, pre- and post-show parties, celebrity meet-and-greets, silent auctions, and more. Some benefit local schools or organizations; scholarships have been provided to Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising students as well as to the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund, while the proceeds from another go to Animal Samaritans.
Whether you’re a seasoned style maker or a fledgling fashionista, you’re sure to get your fashion fix at Fashion Week El Paseo, all while enjoying the sophistication and luxury of the desert.
