Recipient of the 2015 Avery Fisher Career Grant and the 2017 Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists, violinist Paul Huang is now considered to be one of the most distinctive artists of his generation. He “possesses a big, luscious tone, spot on intonation and a technique that makes the most punishing string phrases feel as natural as breathing.” Paul appears often with pianist Helen Huang (no relation), recipient of the Arthur Rubinstein Prize and a much sought-after collaborative artist. Her solo recordings include concertos by Beethoven, Mozart, Mendelssohn and Shostakovich with the New York Philharmonic under Kurt Masur.

Widely considered one of the premiere cellists in the world, Zuill Bailey is a Grammy Award winning, internationally renowned soloist and recitalist. His rare combination of celebrated artistry, technical wizardry and engaging personality has made him one of the most in-demand cellists of the day. Canadian pianist Robert Koenig, now in his third decade as a much sought-after performing artist, has appeared throughout the world to great acclaim as a collaborative pianist in partnership with many of today’s most distinguished performers.

March 29: Jon Nakamatsu
