With its satirical wit, observant eye, and huge affection for its characters, E M Forster’s novel is a romantic comedy with emotional intelligence (a-turn-of-the-century When Harry Met Sally) set in sunlit Italy and rural England. By turns funny and moving, romantic and satirical, Kate McAll’s new original adaptation is a work of optimism about the enduring power of love.
This production will feature beautiful video of Italian and French art, English and Italian countrysides, and celebrities cast in special cameos, creating a multimedia experience that will put the audience in the middle of the story. It’s the perfect antidote to our times, and the perfect occasion for a romantic night out.
This performance is presented through the generosity of James Walter “Jim” Neuman.
