In his one-person play, “Kate’s Last Dance”, actor/writer Kevin Bone portrays 16 different characters who help him tell two stories that connect with the question of “when does breaking the rules seem like a more humanitarian decision than following them?”
The journey of this show starts in the vibrant East Village of New York City in the ‘90’s, then continues into Los Angeles, on a passenger van for people with mental illness. The characters you’ll meet in KATE’S LAST DANCE will tug at your heart. You will laugh, you will cry, and you will find yourself falling in love with a group of people who are all-too-often pushed aside in our society. And you will want to dance. Written and performed by Kevin Bone Directed by Jessica Lynn Johnson
