The Gardens on El Paseo presents Lisa Lynn & the Broken Hallelujahs. They are respected and well-known musicians in the Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree music scenes. Repeat winners of the CV Music Award for Best Country Artist/Band, Lisa Lynn & the Broken Hallelujahs are a crowd favorite.
The band describes its style as “y’all-ternative country, rock and soul.” Lisa Lynn Morgan who has performed with Paul Rogers, Mickey Thomas of Starship, Great White, Terry Ried and more, fronts the band on lead vocals, with Bobby Moses Nichols on lead guitar, Matt Barnes on vocals and guitar, Arnold Mitchem on bass, and Jeff Bowman on drums.
This concert is benefiting Friends of the Desert Mountains. They are a group dedicated to building a community of support to help preserve the unique wildlife and scenic beauty of the Coachella Valley. They acquire and preserve wildlands, promote stewardship of trails, and conduct educational programs for residents and visitors of all ages and abilities.
