For his role in An American in Paris, Max von Essen was a Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Grammy Award nominee. He was most recently in Anastasia and the Lincoln Center Theater’s revival of Falsettos. His other shows include Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Dance of the Vampires and Les Miserables.
