Sound Bath in the Gardens

Experience the calming serenity of the Sunnylands gardens through a guided sound bath meditation that can bring you to a new level of relaxation while surrounded by nature.
Led by certified sound therapist Lisa Botts, a sound bath is a combination of crystal healing bowls, gongs, and other meditative instruments played in a manner that will lull the body and mind into a space of relaxation. Waves of soothing, echoing sound from specialized instruments can help with stress, fatigue, and mental health. The vibrations help to calm the central nervous system, allowing the body to release energy and promote inner tranquility.
