Proudly holding two Guinness World Records for the biggest Tamale and largest Tamale festival, it has earned recognition as one of the nation's "top ten food festivals" by The Food Network. Not to mention, a visit from the iconic Huell Howser with an episode of Visiting, taped live at the 1997 Indio International Tamale Festival.
