Golden Boy Boxing makes its exciting return to the the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Thursday, April 21 with Palmdale’s Joel Diaz Jr. (26-2, 22 KOs) taking on San Diego’s Mercito “No Mercy” Gesta (32-3-3, 17 KOs) in a 10-round super lightweight main event.

Former World Champion and fan favorite Angel ‘Tito’ Acosta (22-3-1, 21 KOs) of San Juan, Puerto Rico, will headline the second Golden Boy Fight Night on DAZN at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on May 12. Acosta will face his fellow countryman, Janel Rivera (18-8-3, 11 KOs) of Matani, Puerto Rico, in a 10-round super flyweight fight.

The 2022 Margaritaville USA Pickleball National Championships will return from November 5-13 to the state-of-the-art Indian Wells Tennis Garden, located just outside of Palm Springs,California.

The Desert Circuit established its roots in Indio, California, in the mid-1990s, and in 2007 the shows moved to what is now known as the Desert International Horse Park in Thermal. The Desert Circuit is eight weeks of USEF Premier-rated Hunters and 5*/6* Jumpers running from mid-January through mid-March with one week off in mid-February. The circuit draws thousands of equestrians to the premier Southern California show grounds.

Since its introduction in 1960 as the Palm Springs Golf Classic, the tournament has generated more than $60 million for numerous nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting Coachella Valley residents.

Individual/Doubles Competition will include: Pickleball, Table Tennis, 9-hole Golf, Race Walking, Track & Field, and Tennis

Team Events will include: Men’s & Women’s Volleyball and Men’s & Women’s Soccer.
