The City of Palm Desert will mark our nation’s independence on Tuesday, July 4 with fireworks and food trucks at Civic Center Park. The evening starts with a concert at 7:30 p.m., then the sky will light up at 9 p.m. with a spectacular fireworks display synchronized to patriotic-themed songs.

Sets and costumes will recreate the fictional North Shore High School where Cady Heron (Tori Mendoza) transfers after years of being homeschooled on the African Savanna.
