For over forty years, Robert Klein has entertained audiences and has had an acclaimed career in comedy, Broadway, television, and film. Born in the Bronx, he was a member of the famed “Second City” theatrical troupe in Chicago. He was nominated twice for Grammy Awards for “Best Comedy Album of the Year” for his albums “Child of the Fifties” and “Mind Over Matter.” He received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actor and won a Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for his performance in the hit Neil Simon musical, “They’re Playing Our Song.” In 1993, Klein won an Obie and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in Wendy Wasserstein’s “The Sisters Rosensweig.”

Grupo Bronco is a Mexican Grupero group from Apodaca, Monterrey. Bronco’s modern take on the Norteño style in the ’80s and ’90s helped earn them a number of international hits. Band members José Guadalupe Esparza, Ramiro Delgado, Javier Villareal, and José Luís ‘Choche’ Villareal crafted a sound that paid tribute to the Norteño tradition while incorporating modern instruments like keyboards, as well as a more melodic, pop style with elaborate costumes.
The annual Dr. George Charity Car Show is one of the preeminent car shows in the Coachella Valley. On display are cars, trucks and motorcycles from all over the country. It is held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on the grass in the sun. All proceeds benefit the Desert Cancer Foundation.

Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock met on May 12, 1975, on the first day of rehearsals for the Australian production of Jesus Christ Superstar in Sydney. They became instant friends who shared much in common, including their love of The Beatles whom they’d both seen in 1964 in England and Australia respectively. In this 47th anniversary year, the duo continues to tour the world, having performed in England, Ireland, Israel, the Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Canada and many other countries, of course including their home, the United States.
