Silvia Davis has been aware of her desire to be an artist since childhood in Cupertino, California.
A re-imagined depiction of Martin Luther King Jr.’s last night on earth set entirely in Room 306 of the Lorraine Motel on the eve of his assassination in 1968. After delivering his famous “I’ve been to the mountaintop speech”, King goes to the Lorraine Motel to rest. His world is spun on his axis when he meets Camae, a young, feisty, and foul-mouthed maid, who delivers his room service.
Since appearing on America's Got Talent in 2010 at age 10, Jackie Evancho has released eight albums, including a platinum and gold album and three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts. She has astonished audiences with her perfect, beautiful, soprano voice and her presence, poise and charm.
Each spring, the desert comes alive as the wildflowers bloom and transform the Coachella Valley into a colorful canvas. The best place to celebrate them is at the Coachella Valley Wildflower Festival, which is held at Palm Desert's Civic Center Park on the first Saturday in March.

The Gardens on El Paseo is excited to host the 24th Annual Concert Series again, kicking off on January 22 and ending on March 12. This series has brought together music and giving to unite the community for over two decades.
"Up, Up & Away! A Musical Fable" recreates the music and story of Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr., original stars and lead singers of the legendary group, The 5th Dimension. Backed by The New Dimension, the show highlights the classic hits McCoo and Davis are known for, including "Up, Up and Away," and "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In."
Picking up where the Beatles left off in 1970, the UK-based ELO expanded the concept of great melodies, epic song structures and grand orchestrations where cellos coexisted with guitars, and where classically tinged progressive rock intersected with hook-filled, radio-friendly pop songs resulting in ELO becoming one of the most popular groups of the 1970’s and perhaps even more so today.
Two of today’s most dynamic live bands, Mammoth WVH, led by Wolfgang Van Halen and Dirty Honey, are joining forces to bring their high energy rock’n’roll out on a 30-date, co-headline North American tour. The “Young Guns” tour will stop by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
Grow, an intriguing new dance performance featuring 10 members of the critically acclaimed contemporary dance company, Backhausdance, and 30 local high school students, will take place at The Gardens on El Paseo on Sunday, March 6 at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
This Broadway Veteran performer will give us a look into the life and music of undoubtedly the greatest woman interpreter lyrics in the history of music, along side the best male, Frank Sinatra, with whom Ella recorded and performed with countless times.
