Happy Hours are some of the best times of day. But with the importance of those few hours, the question of where to spend them always arises. Fortunately, if you’re in Palm Desert, you’re in luck! We did all the hard work for and tried many of the drinks, appetizers, and specials during these magnificent hours. Please, no thanks needed!  

Find your Happy Place on El Paseo
El Paseo is home to so many different restaurants that it is hard to choose. Here are some of our favorites that are located there but no matter where you go on El Paseo, you are in for a good time.  

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood Restaurant

Sunday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 6:30pm  
Working with its namesake, Eddie V’s has amazing seafood style appetizers such as oysters, crab cakes, calamari and much more. Pair it with one of their hand-shaken cocktails or a glass of wine for the full experience to completely forget you’re in the desert.  

La Fe Wine Bar

Tuesday – Thursday, 5pm – 7pm  
One of the few places in the Coachella Valley where Wine is front and center of the place. With an expansive selection of house wines, the experts there are sure to make to find one that fits your tastes and suggest the perfect bite to pair it with. One of the best things they offer is their charcuterie board with a bottle of wine so make sure to bring some friends along. 

Ristorante Mamma Gina

Bringing you home cooked recipes to your table, Ristorante Mamma Gina has been serving the community like family for many years now. Whatever your drink of choice is you can be sure they have it. Wines, cocktails, margaritas, and even mules, they have multiple to choose from. Paired with an extensive happy hour food menu, you are sure to find the food that will make you call this your new home. 

Tommy Bahama

Looking to feel refreshed? Tommy Bahama has got you covered! Their classic martinis and cocktails are sure to make you feel recharged after your day and the sharables that they offer are there to get you ready for whatever else comes. Pairing it with a beautiful view of the mountains, it is an experience in more than one way. 

Exploring Palm Desert
While El Paseo is amazing, there are hidden gems located all throughout Palm Desert. Thankfully, we have uncovered them for you, and we are here to share that information. 

Legends & Icons

A located right off the I-10 freeway for your convenience, Legends & Icons is the epitome of a small bar. With the walls adorned with pictures of legends and icons, you feel like you’re sharing one of their delicious drinks with them. Pair them with one or two of their discounted appetizers to make it a memory you won’t forget. 

Mimmo’s Italian Restaurant and Bar

The foundation of Mimmo’s cooking is to make everything from scratch using the freshest ingredients and preparing them with simplicity, allowing the flavors and experience to harmonize together. A wide selection of delicious Italian Appetizers show-case their ideology extravagantly and can’t be beat when paired with one of their special martinis. 

Pueblo Viejo Grill

It’s California which means Mexican food is our specialty and that is where Pueblo Viejo Grill steps in. Their selection of Mexican delights such as ceviche, taquitos, and nachos are ready to be sampled with one of their imported beers from Mexico. 

Ruth Chris Steakhouse

Stuft Pizza and Grill

Stuft Pizza came to be known as one of the best in the Coachella Valley due to its emphasis on high quality ingredients and meals and that has been transferred over to how they run their happy hours. Pints, wines, well drinks, and margaritas all available to you with wide selection of appetizers, each one better than the next. 

Waldo’s Ristorante

One of the best places to go if you’re looking to go to Italy for a portion of your day. Waldo’s brings you an authentic slice of Italy during their happy hours with their vast array of Italian wines and cocktails, not to mention delectable bites from their kitchen which includes pizza, calamari, and desserts.
