A celebration with dance, music, art, storytelling, and the honoring of those who have passed away. Día de los Muertos is a tradition where families and communities gather, build altars, and create pathways to welcome home their loved ones while celebrating life.
Presentation and performance by Danza Azteca Citlaltonac. Watch them build the community altar over the course of four days. Then join them at the celebration for an Intro to Mex-Indigenous Drumming workshop.
Food and drinks by Taquizas El Chicali and AA Cheledas.
Altars will be on view starting Thursday, October 20.
